📦 Returns

We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging 🛍

  • Provide photos or videos as proof to process your return 📸

  • Please note: Due to dropshipping, returns for reasons like change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction without defect are not accepted 


💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method 💳

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider 🏦

  • Refunds are only applicable in these cases:

    • Item arrived damaged 💔

    • Item is defective ⚠️

    • Wrong item received 


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer ✍️

  • Orders already in transit or delivered 🚚

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers 🌦


 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase ⏳

  • Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is not possible ⚠️
